If my posts have been scarce its because I took a nice little Vaca to Sunny (Well sunny and pretty f-ing cold) California.

California is beautiful. It’s landscape is amazing and its weather is gorgeous (I’m from Miami, this is alot coming from me.) Still, I think Cali has it in for me. This is my second trip. My first I spent three days hugging a hotel toilet after I came down with horrible food poisoning. I had hopes this time would be different.

I had a small cold on the way over, but no big deal. Then, just as I thought I was getting over it, my cold went into overdrive. I had a hacking cough, headache, fever, runny nose, the works. Still, I  pumped myself on meds and was determined to enjoy my trip. I woke up on my third morning here with nausea. I spent the next day throwing up. I guess I have the Flu.

What is it with Cali, that I always get sick here? I feel better today, and I’m determined to make the best of the rest of my trip.
