Miami Recieves Dubious Distinction

The motto in paradise is “Help yourself”.  Literally.
A new study finds that the sunny city of Miami is the American metropolitan area with the lowest rate of adults that volunteer.  The study finds only 14.5% of its adult population participate in volunteer work, compared to the national average of 26.2%.
