Supreme Court Repeals Death Penalty in Child Rape Case

This verdict has me divided from the liberal judges in the Supreme Court. They have decided to end the use of the death penalty in child rape cases.
The New York Times reports that the ruling came down in a 5-4 vote. The arguement from the “winning” side gives me chills.
