Latino Governor Bill Richardson will be endorsing Senator Barack Obama today. Richardson, who ran for the nomination but dropped out, is the only latino governor in the United States. His endorsement could give Obama more credibility with hispanic voters, a demographic Obama has been losing to Hillary.
